in healthy living

The adrenal glands are 2 round glands via the kidneys, located directly under the bottom of the ribs about 3-4 apart to put inches.
This small but perfectly formed glands play the most important role in our relationships, our experience and our coping mechanisms, when it comes to stress.
They produce a number of hormones to live, the central nervous system and in particular the fight/flight/freeze response.
The hormones that are produced by the adrenal glands: Adrenaline, nor-adrenaline, cortisol, estrogen, testosterone, progesterone and DHEA.
These hormones regulate many institutions activities and most relevant here, Adrenaline and cortisol, which is activated as a branch of the sympathetic nervous system in our response to a threat: stress.
What happens during this activation increases blood pressure to stress stimuli, increased production of glucose or sugar in the blood, is physiologically and produces an increase of energy in the extremities of the body, the muscles that the system is ready to run away or defend primes.
Symptoms of low adrenal glands are:
Extreme fatigue/exhaustion
Irritability
Difficulty in going to sleep or too much sleep
Poor circulation
Poor digestion
Low blood pressure
Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia)
Apathy / depression
Low self asteem
Low stamina
Low sex drive
Muscle weakness
Joint pain & pain
Tendency to constipation
Low immune response to infections
Extreme thirst and / or urination
And much more
The main causes of the adrenal glands can be fatigue:
Excessive stress: high level of any number of recurring stressors can have an ozone-depleting effect on our adrenal glands. A physically ozone-depleting effect on the adrenal glands has particularly when used in conjunction with malnutrition, physical stress of chemical toxicity and pollutants. As well as psychological, emotional or mental stress which can come from family, relationships or work issues. Excessive stimulation, especially for children, have worked to hard and fast paced, fear-based, resource-intensive lifestyle are also common causes. Other stressors, especially in cities, life can noise, phones, ElectroSmog, microwave, television and computers that give any strong electrical fields and interfere with our own natural electromagnetic field.
Malnutrition: A more common cause is poor nutrition. The body requires a much higher level of adequate nutrition under high loads. A diet which can rich in carbohydrates and some protein an ozone-depleting effect on adrenal already worked on. Most diets are deficient in foods to which nourish the adrenal glands. These vitamins, vitamin A, C, & E, manganese, zinc, chromium, selenium and other trace minerals include B-complex. The cultivation of food, preparation and transport, which add all levels of nutrition, keep our food. Processing and refinement of food makes our food of all time low, nutritionally important trace elements is exhausted most of the ground
Stimulants: Stimulants are positioned as one of the main causes to damage the adrenal glands. Coffee, sugar and alcohol are among the most common stimulants the adrenal glands of their vital hormonal activity literally "whip". Legal and leisure play also plays a role in it, our adrenal glands, day and night at inappropriate times to force both of these market studies, drugs or stimulants. Other overly stimulating behaviors such as anger, rage, dispute, make loud music and even movies with high tension or anxiety may adversely affect exhausted adrenal glands. "Exciting" acts out over exert exercise, sex addiction, created a temporary "high", in fact, can cause the adrenal glands, and secret hormones force, she should rest. In the course of time this weakens the adrenal glands and leads to fatigue and eventually burnout.
Adrenal Burnout can stimulants: stimulants often very attractive look for those that are already in a State of adrenal burnout. These stimulants Act to a person in a State of burnout for a short time, so that they feel better, to suspend. This is what is so addictive behaviors and why often may find it so difficult to break these habits. It is safe to say that most people with an inclination to something like cigarettes, alcohol, marijuana, sex, anger and legal or recreational drugs certain adrenal insufficiency.
Other causes may include:
Chemical or toxic overload
Chronic infections
An unhealthy reaction to stress
